INFO: Herbalism Quests
in the starting levels there are quests, given by the Biologist Chaegirab that will require you to collect Herbs, these are labeled "For research" and only drop during these quests, the research herbs cannot be used to manufacture potions.
Where's Baek-Go?
It is found in a village.
The option "Herbalism" is obtained only after the quest Ingredient for the medicine.
It can make only the Level1 potions using

Is there a level limit?
In contrast to earlier, there is now no longer limit level for brewing of potions. In addition, options are herbalism usually only available if you have the respective NPC completed a certain quest successfully. At Baek-Go, for example, the quest Wolf liver. Huahn-Sun will be able to respond only if you are over level 48.
