Second part means: throughout the whole event the Historian will also give

Sigiliu Cal Negru Nobil. This mount (black horse) has riding times (actual riding time):
5-10 fruit -> 30 minutes
11-24 fruit -> 1 hour
24-27 fruit -> 2 hours
28-99 fruit -> 3 hours
